Tax season is almost here. To make things as smooth as possible we've posted some helpful tips below.
Tip 1 _
Taxes will be prepared on a first come, first served basis. Please do your best to ensure all of your paperwork is dropped off together to avoid confusion. Paperwork goes into the que when it has all been dropped off.
Tip 4 _
Payments accepted are cash, cheque or e-transfer. We do not accept debit, PayPal or credit. Tax returns are not submitted until paid for in full.

Taxes will be prepared by drop off. Paperwork can be left in the large black secure mailbox at the bottom of the stars or handed directly to Sami at the desk. In person appointments will only be available when unavoidable.
Tip 5 _
Pharmacies and insurance companies will provide annual printouts for prescriptions and other medical services. Bring this in place of your individual slips to avoid fees for excessive medical slips.
Tips 6 _
Remove envelopes, total receipts, submit paperwork in an orderly fashion to avoid extra fees.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. We've been at this a long time. Your situation may seem complicated, but we can help simplify it for you.
